Cross Connection Control Course:
I have learned that backflow prevention is a very serious matter. This course has helped with
the identification of the various types of backflow prevention devices that are available, as well as the
various types of situations which may be encountered where they could be required.
This is a very worth while course and a good way of getting CEU's when needed, without having
to take days off of work and travel long distances. Thank you.

Groundwater, Our Most Valuable Resource:
This course was very beneficial and informative for me. I've learned that our drinking water source is
valuable and needs to be protected. Regulations should be followed, we also need to protect our wetlands.
My job as an operator is very important, the people we serve our water to is in my hands, I need to
make sure our water is safe to drink and protected. The information you presented in this course was
far more educational than I thought it would be.

helpful. I oversee repairs done on all aspects of our system. This course has helped me to know what
